If you had to call in a plumber or a repair man to your home or you end up in an accident and need to go to the hospital and need a nurse wouldn't you want someone that is older and more experience with the job than some young person that has little to no experience?

I remember getting in a accident when my ankle got hit really hard from a hatchet and couldn't walk so had to drag myself into the truck and get to the hospital and when I got there there was this woman that was like in her twenties and looked to be a student of some kind. I told her that I request someone that is older with experience which she was offended but accepted my request and an older nurse came in and checked on me and such.
