It isn't really. They go from anything between 500 to 5000 SEK depending on how bubbad it is and who is selling it. Probably look at blocket, or import one from another EU country (which is very straight forward).

Finnish mosins are probably the most common.

Take a hunters exam, either study yourself and find someone who you can take the tests with(cheapest way) or take an intensive course or one from studiefrämjandet (most expensive and kinda expensive way) when you are done find a gun, buy it, wait for licence. Done. No you don't have to be an active hunter to own a gun you dont even have to pay for the "statligt jaktkort" to own a gun for hunting.
I would recommend a swedish mauser m96, or a husqvarna 1600(civilian variant of m96, can be.loaded with striperclips) since they are much more common and you can find 6.5x55 everywhere, every shithole hunting store has 6,5x55, that is not the case for mosin ammo though and forget ordering ammo online in Sweden you have to pay around 500kr extra when shipping ammo so that is a huge expense. But if you have some sort of commie wet dream you want to LARP around in go ahead.
