I am looking for an .22 lr bolt action rifle with these features:
-Affordable
-Threaded 16" barrel - (to leave open the option of getting a silencer down the line without making the overall rifle longcat as fuck)
-Accurate
I'm considering the Savage Mark II FV-SR but are there any that I should be looking at?
Ruger American. I sold my savage after buying this and like plinking with irons.
Is there such a thing as a .22lr anything that isn't affordable?

First time I think I've seen cabelas put up a gun of the week sale that wasn't still awful.

Model 41 comes to mind.

I've seen some Savage models at my local pawn shop. They may not have been threaded, but you can always thread it later and not worry.
Alternatively, use these.

Kidd, Volquartsen, Anschutz, and a whole host of custom rimfire match rifle producers.
It's just like anything else with guns, if you wanna spend you can SPEND.
Savage MK ii is perfect. I own one.

I use a Ruger American Rimfire, good enough for the girls I go out with.

Everything they use in ISSF events.

I looked at them and couldn't find any except for the Target model with a 16" threaded barrel. Also, the Target model is too expensive for what it is.

It's a compact. Great choice if you already own a few 10/22's a crap ton of mags.

Thompson Machine Operative Takedown. Way too cool and quiet. About 2MOA accuracy by some reportedly not the moist precise, but great inside 60 metres.

ruger makes them cheap and threaded. in the half-assed searching i did i could only find an 18" barrel though
if you're willing to forego the bolt-action stipulation, you could get a 10/22 and get an integrally-suppressed barrel somewhere down the road
