While a lot of things are restricted, it is by far the easiest to simply own a firearm in.

No actual licensing needed, normally no special taxes, normally no inspections and/or psych Evals and questioning for your neighbor.

Just a single sheet of paper (if you can't have a CC permit, which is normally shall issue) and a few minutes of waiting.
