I made a reticule like this in Paint to use in TF2 a long time ago, it must have been 2012 or so

it was actually pretty fucking useful once i got the scale right so it'd follow the arc the demoman's grenades would make, and the fine point vs outline helped a lot when using hitscan guns

dunno how easy it'd be to use irl, though, it seems a bit too busy
