I don't care for remington 700s at all, but if that's a real atlas bipod thats $250-300 already. Scope might be another couple hundred.

I need to know more about the bullets, brass, and powder. I might just pull them apart or shoot them as is.

konus pro is like 350$ scope new and I didn't like mine, it's Chinese e made and shows in a lot of ways in terms of durability and quality . SWFA and the other optics talked about in PSG/PRG are much better for the ocst.

500 rds of hand load is a lot of chances whom ever wasn't paying attention, I won't shoot anyone elses reloads but mine, or i watched and double checked the other guy, personal pref there.

There are other options but that seems a decent deal all in all, IF it's exactly what you want.
