Thats a machinegun, you can get two triggers with one trigger per barrel or one with a single trigger that fires one and the other. The latter can be double tapped really quick (minimal moving parts) resulting in a sort of both barrels at once effect

Not op but I heard an improved cylinder allows slugs to be more accurate.

It makes sense in my head, but before I destroy my choke. I was looking around for a second opinion.

slugs fit through any choke no problem as long as the choke is properly installed. if its not in all the way thats when slugs kb things.
a full choke gun has no issue firing slugs.
