What the fuck does this mean? To answer your question, BCG coatings are range queen bullshit that nobody aside from /arg/ types who get into pissing contests on new ways to waste money cares about.

not gonna lie, the olive drab, grey, and blue look real good.
But in the end of the day, outside of looking cool with the dust cover down, most people would rather a BCG that chugs through like a workhorse vs. special snowflake coating that is not very well known and might fail in one way or another.
After all, the most important component of an AR is the barrel and BCG. If one of those two suck shit, then the whole gun goes out the window.
