Myth confirmed: Hi Point is more reliable than Glock.

They're virtually the same gun, I don't see how they'd be so different in these tests.

Glock's tighter tolerances work against them in the mud test.

And it works for them when?

When you absolutely must kill every muthafucka in the room.
Yeah, it's fun to shit on Hi Point because we all need a gun to look down on. I've had a Beretta 92fs and Glock 30 for years and love them. Got a Hi Point C9 for $50 because it was supposedly a "jam-o-matic." It was dirty as fuck, so no surprise. ONE good cleaning and it's operated flawlessly for hundreds of rounds so far. It's as accurate as either of my other handguns, bulky but I'm fine with that because I've got big hands. And having loved my Glock, I can't criticize Hi Point on "ergonomics" as the Hi Point just seems like a slightly fatter brick than the Glock.
Nice to know it stands up to some nasty situations as well as it does, too. Plus, if something goes wrong with my Glock in going to be paying out the nose to fix it. Hi Point is free repair forever.

Obligatory
The next cool DIY Glock mod.

As long as the damn thing doesn't crack apart on you, it should be reliable. There really isn't much going on inside.

>Glock's tighter tolerances work against them in the mud test.
>Glock's tighter tolerances
If Glock had tighter tolerances it would have let less mud and grit in. Glocks have extremely loose tolerances, it is why they tend to do better with dry grit.

OP here, I'll have to try this troll again with daytime /k/. You people are all too reasonable.
Wow. If I will take a longbow it will be more reliable than both of them. Glock is still muh better than this brick and surly better for self defence.

They never checked which Generation of Glock it was. If it's a Gen 3 and above then it needs to fire with a magazine inserted or else that striker will never strike.
