Flathead. It's much easier to punch nice puncture wounds with a flat blade than with a bluntish Philip's that will just create drag.

Both would do similar damage past the entry wound because most screw drivers are a rod past the tip.
But Phillips would win out because of the more round hole it would create, more time to heal, etc. Like a spike bayonet vs blade bayonet.
Hands down I'D go for the grinder with cutoff wheel or the reciprocating saw or sawzal
