Gernerally speaking Mosin's gonna be the cheapest of the 3 in terms of both price and feeding expense. Arguably the loudest, too. But, there are exceptions to everything. Look around, maybe you'll find a $150 sporterized Enfield or 8mm mauser for 15 cents a round.

Well if that's the case you can get a Turkish or South American Mauser for cheap still, but those may not have "history" you car about. So it would depend on what interests you most and how "authentic" you need your history to be.

So of the 3 rifles you listed Russian Mosins will be the cheapest to buy and easiest to reload for or find ammo (you should strongly consider reloading if you plan on shooting milsurp).
The cheapest German Mausers will be Russian capture (RC) ones but those still are around $600+ these days. Ammo is more expensive and the cheapest you will find will be not ww2 spec dimensions so it won't be much fun to shoot.
Lastly for British Enfields you have two choices (if WW2 is the period you care about). The No4mk1 will run around 400-600 and they're probably the most accurate and fun. The No1Mk3 will be 300-600 depending on year and country of manufacture. Those are more interesting looking but have abysmal sights. Ammo for either isn't terrible to find but might cost more than you want to spend.

If you're not so set into a major WW2 rifle then your options increase.

Either the Mauser for the quality or the Lee Enfield for the capacity and fun factor. Personally I prefer the look of the Lee Enfield but the Mauser system is borderline perfect

Alright anon I'm a poorfag that likes milsurps. For me my mosin fits the criteria in pretty much all those categories however you may struggle to find one today for a decent price. If you can find one for less than $200 buy it.

The issue with Enfields is 303 British is expensive as fuck. People say 8mm is cheap but I struggle to ever find it cheaply locally.

Alternatively look for a later Ishapore rifle. It's an Indian Lee Enfield that shoots .308. Very fun rifle, a friend of mine has one that I shoot all the time.

There are also Columbian Mausers and such that are chambered in 30-06 that you can get for pennies if you can find them. The Israelis converted k98s to 308 however you'll struggle to find the rifle itself for cheap.

Basically either hit up local places and find a sub-$200 mosin or look into getting an ishapore.

Modern non-military bolt actions are for queer fuds.

Mosins are still a good price for what you get, /k/ has been pushing the meme that they're crazy expensive now but you can still get a good quality 91/30 for less than 200

Ammo can get as low as 30 c per round if you're buying bulk too, but if you're just getting small amounts you can expect around 50 c per round
