Magpul CTR haver here.
Recently I got to shoot some guy's SOPMOD stock and it felt pretty nice having that slope. Is there some sort of product on the market that clips onto the side of my existing buttstock so I can have that slope too? Given the number of MOE and CTRs out there it seems like something of the sort should exist.

Magpul ACS-L or STR stock have those cheek pieces.
All the add-ons I've seen for the CTR bolt onto the top, not the side, so it'd put your eye too high for iron sight use.

They also get in the way of the charging handle.

The Larue one slides to move with the charging handle, but yes, that's also a reason why they're not popular unless you're putting an AR stock on a shotgun, AK pistol, M249 or something oddball like that.
