Hey guys, I am trying to find a website that mentioned a story about some retired green beret who was working with task force orange or the Intelligence Support Activity/Gray Fox.
The most notable part was that he was mugged and shot while in Lebanon, his superiors may have they thought that he was made by whomever but instead tried to keep his cover as a tourist and went to his hotel room and proceeded to call the embassy doctor so that he can stitch himself up. He then went on through 2 more middle east countries to carry on his cover as a tourist.

unfortunately no, he was never kidnapped, he was mugged for his watch and camera but fought the attackers off and ended up getting shot during the struggle.
