Most just handle it through email
Buy gun, billing info is all you and shipping info is ffl.

Once order is in send him a email with the order receipt and how to contact the seller so he can send the info for it to ship.

If you have never used the FFL before send a email first just stating what you want to buy and if he is doing transfers currently.

All the guys I know are upstate but it shouldn't be hard to find one on LI

Don't get jewed and pay more then 30-40 for the transfer, I usually pay around 20 but if there is no other options you gotta suck it up.

A professional sounding email never gets me shit from any FFL
