Aside from the intel issue, there's also the fact that russia has changed rules at random at these tank biathlons as it suits them, in an attempt to make sure they have a chance to win. Multiple times the chinks were superior, but were slapped with random rules to break their lead.

It's sad, cuz it's a fun competition otherwise.
