Correct. The 17.7" version. 18" barrel sticks out 1/8" past the handguard. The Kineti-Tech BFD on it, and most suppressors, fit inside the diameter too so you could have a shorter barrel and conceal a lot of the suppressor or BFD if you want. Also, it's super comfortable and solid. Here's the other nice pic I have of my rifle without the BFD shroud on and just the compensator.

Sure, though I can't contrast it with a TA11 beyond stats on paper. I picked the TA33 primarily because I wanted more eye relief. The eyebox is extremely forgiving, considerably more so than the white paper suggests. The BDC reticle is calibrated for 62gr so it's reasonably accurate for lighter and heavier weights too (up to ~400y anyway). It's lightweight and inexpensive for an ACOG. I got mine as new old stock when the new turrets were introduced so it was enticingly priced, though I do regret not paying another couple of hundred for the newer thumb knob turrets. Illumination can be overwhelming in bright light, so it's not a bad idea to have an innertube or something in your kit to cover the fiber optic collector when needed.
