If we still have the planes we could call up old personnel and do a really nigger rigged crash training program to get barebones air superiority back before anyone realized how fucked we were. Very few countries have the sealift capability to invade CONUS on short notice even with no naval or air opposition. Even Russia or China would probably need months of preparation.

If we lose the ships and planes, and the Russians figure it out, we're fucked. The SSBNs are our second strike capability. Without them the US is vulnerable to a surprise counterforce strike that could potentially kill most of our ICBMs in their silos and leave us with no means of retaliation.
