Belgian here. If you try to turn around with a loaded gun at our ranges, you are unlikely to get shot unless you actually start shooting others, but you might get smacked in the head and escorted off the fucking range. If you're a noob, you likely won't even get the opportunity to turn around since the range officer accompanying you will block your turn.
