Grandpa had Parkinson's and Ive had slight tremors as long as I can remember. That one day when I finally can't shoot or make shit with my own hands has been fucking me up for the last few years. I feel your pain op.

Parkinson's or essential tremor? If the latter it has variable penetrance so you may not be as worse off as your relative. Even a cheap beta blocker can be an effective treatment (so is a shot of whiskey).

Purchase a crew served weapon, mount to a tripod with a T&E. F/A if you can afford it.
If not, rig up the lightest weight semi-auto trigger you can and when you get the shakes really bad, you'll shoot almost as fast as the F/A
