Assuming money is not an issue, what is aesthetically the closest you can legally get to an AK in Canada? I think the Valmet M78 takes the cake.

>get citizenship and a pre-86 AKM

Sorry dearie, next time I'll use words that are a little less offensive to your palate.
>>34106239
Any Valmet.
Here's some Fucking Leaf's RK62 in 5.45x39
>>34106483
that doesn't look like a valmet at all, that is just a regular AK receiver and I'm pretty sure they never made 5.45 valmets because it's not a finnish military round and no one ever made a 5.45 sporting rifle that wasn't literally an AK
so post broofs you're not talking out your ass faggot
>>34106483
I don't believe you.
>>34106371
>being this much of a know-nothing
Day of the rake can't come soon enough.
>>34106541
You're really cool.
>>34106483
That looks literally nothing like an RK you knob
>>34106508
You do know that Valmets have been made in numerous different calibers, most for import? Re-chambering also ain't as weird as one could think, and many yank films actually used Valmets as their "AK47 rifles" during the Cold War era, as getting realdeal ones was difficult. The Commando, Red Dawn... all full of Finnish RKs and some Egyptian & Israeli AK-likes, just re-fitted with new furniture.
.308 RK is literally the best fucking NATO battle rifle man can get.

Here's a bunch of more rare export / trial models of the Valmet's RK style guns. Just a fraction of the entire catalog there once was available.
And like said, a skilled gunsmith could *fairly* easily convert 5.56 model into 5.45
I really want a fuckint Valmet so I can have an AK in syrup-land.
But fuck theyre like $4000
>>34106913
All of those have a milled receiver, the ak-74 posted earlier had a stamped receiver. So idk if you could call it an RK anymore if it has literally had it's receiver changed.
>>34106483
>stamped receiver
>RK62
Umm...
>>34106483
>straight magwell
>stamped receiver
>5.45
>vertical ak74 gasblock
the only thing valmet on that is the dust cover lmao
the guy who owns this is a canuck afaik, but he has it illegally and just says its a valmet to not get in trouble
btw the valmet 62 is illegal in canuckistan, only the hunter and 87 are okay
>>34106902
>>34106913
except that isn't a valmet receiver at all, they never did stamped valmet receivers and that's literally just an american or bulgarian AK
you're probably the type of person to buy an airsoft glock for $5000 because you think it's a rare chinese contract gun lmao
