If I catch kids vandalizing my house with eggs or toilet paper, am I justified in shooting to kill?
Does it matter if they're on my property?

No you can't shoot them, take them to your rape dungeon.

not unless your life is in danger which doesn't seem the case
unless those "eggs" are gasoline filled bottles

Thats a hard no. Maybe blasting them with paintballs or airsofts okay though, I doubt they'd go telling anyone even if it isn't

Well if it's dark out couldn't I argue that i didn't know what was being thrown?
What about ammo? Would a jury consider it excessive force if I fired incendiary or Armour piercing or something like that?

this image just brought up a weird emotion from me. i get the feeling ive toilet papered a tree before but i cant remember when or why. now im not even sure it actually happened.

I know this isn't serious but I still find it hard to believe there are actually people who think it's okay to just shoot kids.

Age is just a number. Anyone that sets foot on my property with intent to harm or vandalize is getting a 50 cal incendiary from the second story window.
>>34103850
Only if they've signed a NAP

You don't own anything in .50 cal and you know it cuck

Nah, it's more fun to rig up some high output flood lights facing the street, rig up some perimeter sensors to alert you to movement on your property then hit the flood lights and shoot the kids with your digital camera in burst mode.
Even more fun is later at the cop shop when the kid's parents are called in. "Oh, my little Johnny would NEVER do anything like that!"
"Really? Wanna see the 1080p video?"

God, that set is so fucking enraging.
It's so lewd, and disappointing at the same time. God damn Asian whores.

In CO, and several other states, it's a no. You can shoot anyone who trespasses inside your home if they're are committing another crime or you believe they are going to commit another crime. That includes theft and vandalism. Other than that, you can always shoot to kill if you or another are in fear of death or serious bodily injury, anywhere. But vandals, even on your property, are a no-go if they aren't inside a structure
