The Strike one looks absolutely horrendous and adds 1.5" of length for no reason.

The Hasselhof or whatever replaces the receiver extension which I don't want and also it/s 6061 cheese grade aluminum.

The HK is also long as frig for no reason but at least it fits normal extensions even if it doesn't let the stock collapse fully. Might consider that one.

The best teacher is experience, are you doing it alone? If so, google the type of tile you need to lay and take your time, don't cut tiles on both ends, trowel some thinset on the floor and use the teeth of the trowel to groove it out, back butter the tiles and lay them down with a little pressure, use spacers to keep the joints in position, if some tiles are raised a little higher, try and remove some back buttered thinset. What are you gonna use to cut the tile? Wet saw or a diamond cutter?

I haven't had any illumination issues when in places with varying light. I've never had it wash out and the fiber optics and tritium still do the job when in a dark area and looking out into the light.

Recently did glow plugs and glow plug controller on the muddy one. Other than that, no, but they also don't receive a ton of miles because they're just extra vehicles. Also, we have so much surplus that we have most parts to replace anything broken on any of them. We actually have the body, frame, engine in the crate, etc. to build a fifth one (so that cuts down on repair costs quite a bit), but that's on hold behind some other projects.

The number 8 cylinder has a casting fault. All the 6.5s have this problem and as stated in >>34103739 it costs around $10k for a replacement.

They're also SLOW AS FUCK and the inflate/deflate system is complex and unreliable.

keymod is ok, but desu senpai I wish I had gone the DD quadrail route. My BCM keymod is the alloy version, and the finish has worn off in places and the rail very easily scratches with light/normal use. They just aren't very durable. Light as hell, but not durable.
