Why are we assuming the guy getting hoisted weighs 200lbs or more? Average weight of an average height male is going to be around 155lbs. Add in his leather armor and whatever else he has, he's at maybe 175.

Also, the Knight is choked up on the polearm, so it's not the same as grabbing a barbell from the far end, it's not that extreme of a lever.

Let's also look at the size disparity of the two, the knight is fucking gigantic.

So let's assume our knight is a somewhat realistic 6'4 and 260lbs. This makes him a pretty elite athlete. Let's assume our victim is on the smaller size, so he's 5'8 and 145lbs.

Could this happen? Yes. Would it be easy? No. Does it make sense to do it? Not really.
