Not really a con, but something to consider. The manual of arms on the AUG is completely opposite of the Tavor.

AUG A3s have like an 8 lb trigger, but it's firm and consistent.
Most AUGs I know dump brass at the 4-5 o'clock, but there are aftermarket brass deflectors.
There's very little aftermarket support, limited to maybe two or three brands that do make stuff for it, but I really haven't had a need change anything on my A3
If you want to use AR mags, you need to change the stock out and you lose the ability to boltlock
