Myself and a few other anons conceal p30s daily with ease. The side and rear grip panels are interchangeable if the medium size ones that come on it are too big. It also has a nylon buffer around the recoil spring if controlling recoil is an issue. You may experience some issues with 115 grain plinking ammo within the first 300 rounds if you have a tendency to limp wrist. The HK45ct that you posted would also be a good choice. I've always found that I notice 9mm recoil to be worse than 45, but I've only shot 45 in a 1911 and a glock 21 so ymmv. Either way, good luck with your purchase.

I love my hk45ct, but it's not that great for my gf or her sister when they shoot it. The sides of the grip are slick and the texturing on the front and back strap leave a lot to be desired. That combined with weak hand strength, and they have a harder time holding it when shooting quickly.

Would recommend a Glock 19 Gen 4 without the backstrap. The 19 is the most size efficient Compact pistol that holds 16 rounds of 9mm and if it's too big for her small hands, you can always get a custom grip reduction on it.

I would carry a compact over a fullsize because there isn't a huge difference in performance I get out of a fullsize over its compact counterpart and the shorter grip makes it easier to conceal.
