Professional soldiers are not like the henchmen he fights in movies, which is just a limited number of men who have access to only a limit amount of weapons. So these soldiers would be better equipped, also know how to work as a team.

If these Prof. Soldiers are operating in the u.s. they will be working with alphabet agencies to help bring down the person, so they will have plenty of resources to pursue who ever, as well as having the numbers to just throw men at him too.

If this is happening some where that is not in the u.s. good chances are they'd just call in a airstrike, just blow the fuck out of what ever building he was in.

The biggest thing the soldiers have going for them is team work, knowing how best to use it. Which the movies no one seems to do that, instead of staying back and going pew pew, they like to bum rush him one by one, instead of having a few lay down suppressing fire, while other members pincher move onto him. In fact, you don't really see much for group tactics in the movies, which is sad.

Plus all the henchmen just take him as a joke, instead of treating him like the threat he was.

The soldiers would also have protective equipment like PC and Ballistic helmets, so it would make it just a lil harder to kill them.
