Had a friend ND in his friend's house. His friend was showing off all his guns and after clearing each one he was handed, he got complacent and stopped clearing after a while. Well the one that he didn't clear had a round in the chamber and he shot the floor.

Only dumb thing I saw happen was my dad had loaded som 45 and he had necked the case too far to seat the bullet. It was too wide so it had trouble chambering. He would hit the back of the slide till it went into battery. He did it a couple times and it all worked fine then suddenly he had every other round squib in the barrel.

Some old fudds the lane next to me in an indoor range were trying to shoot guns and were being complete menaces. One old prune couldn't hold the gun steady and it was a DAO snubby revolver, he kept shooting the floor with it because he can't keep his groups under 20" at 5 yards. Another brought out his 1911 with "molon labe" on the grips, couldn't even rack the slide, and managed to shoot a decent group, but he was muzzle sweeping everyone WHILE IT WAS LOADED (I saw him load the gun while he walked to the firing line). Was fucking terrified of a ricochet or ND so I just left my stuff on the range momentarily and chatted with the guy at the front desk, while discreetly watching the camera to wait till they left. Side note, my local indoor range has cameras hooked up to a screen facing sideways at the rent desk, and it's set up so customers can see who is on the range, so I felt safe leaving my stuff there.
Also had some 17 y/o CoD punk kiddies wearing flatcaps sideways, Vans, and tye-dye tank tops come in to a different range once and rented the range's .50 Problem Solver Deagle brand Deagle, put the target about 15 yards, and neither hit it once, shots went into the floor and ceiling. They were flashing it around, taking selfies, muzzle sweeping everyone (not sure if loaded or not), they couldn't get the mags to load and they couldn't get it to cycle because they were limp wristing it.
Another time I was at a trap range when I saw 2 dudes get out of a truck to go to their range. They grabbed their shotguns (no cases, just in the bed of the truck), loaded them (break action), and proceeded to walk over to the range while pointing the guns everywhere. The one dude had no clue what form was, every shot nearly knocked him on his ass. The other missed every shot and was clearly not happy about it, he loaded his up with 2 shells (it was only singles) and shot twice at each bird, and still managed to miss half of them.
