Why are soldiers the only government job where state employees are trained through mental and/or physical abuse? Employee on employee harassment is illegal.
Why aren't mailmen trained with attack dogs or fire hoses then?
>well, you see, soldiers jobs are dangerous and...
And that makes abuse okay? And if the employees job conditions are so dangerous, then they should be shut down. There's laws against that too.

Only plebs join the military, the patrician class gives zero fucks about plebs.
>>34008384
Pleb here, my six years made me enough to retire, all I do is relief milking on the weekends now. The pleb life is a good one.
>>34008374
on average fewer post man are being deployed in warzones than soldiers(excluding Detroit)
>>34008416
>he retired from 6 years in the military
Nope
>>34008438
NZ army, and I live in a porta com and live off potatoes and venison. Still a pretty good life.
>>34008374
On a side note, has anyone noticed how /comfy/ postal uniforms are? And I dig the hat, forgot the name
>>34008444

There not, see almost the entire State Department.

He's just jealous because he probably lives in California or some other shit hole.
Land and guns is the goal of every /k/ommando, congrats on getting there.
Btw i heard New Zealanders can get full autos if you go through the licensing, what's the skinny on that?
>>34008374
I'll take the bait.
It's simple conditioning and desensitising against high pressure situations.
Your average mailman is unlikely to be tasked that morning with advancing on an enemy position and seeing his colleagues injured or killed around him.
If you can't take the simple and harmless stuff chucked at you in basic, you're not going to do well when you're dragging your mate off a mud and wood bridge where he's just been split in half by an IED.
>>34008538
Americans can get full autos without going through licensing. The guns have to be 50 years old and you needs thousands of dollars of disposable income for a single gun tho.
>>34008486
It's a Pith helmet, but that exact one is an American fiber helmet
>>34008568
Yeah that's hardly very accessible, and im not paying 12,000 dollars for a beat to shit Uzi.
>>34008374
Soldiers have to be prepared for the rigors of combat and be conditioned to follow orders even when they don't want to.
Postal workers are less likely to enter combat and so have to train on their own.
>>34008538
Any license endorsement above your main license (California tier without handguns) is difficult as fuck to get. On top of that guns are fucking pricey over here. I used to have a B endorsement for a while but I dropped it because I moved (have to be in a pistol club to keep it).
The laws are shit over here, but I'm pretty basic when it comes to guns so it don't bother me enough to move.
>>34008435
>(excluding detroit)
kek
>>34008613
I see, sad to hear that, but California tier beats Australia in my book, so it could be much worse.
>>34008384
Kill yourself you subhuman scum.
