This whole thing looks like what happens when you have low hiring standards, no oversight, and people without any sense of integrity (despite having body cams). The worst thing to ever happen to cops is appointment based oversight groups and not elected.

I mean how could you know in that situation that the suspect didn't try to fire at the police? Also, i'm fairly sure 9mm or whatever he's using there will easily penetrate the dry wall and hit the suspect. Might as well magdump after a shot is fired.

I had a s&w sve9 or whatever the fuck its called. It had a 12.5lb trigger, it was so hard to pull the trigger and keep the sights on target. It was so difficult to shoot. It reduces it to a parlor gun. Did anyone even bring this up when they were making this law? I just can't see any possible benefit. I can't see the benefit of gun control, but I at least see what they were thinking, but this... this is scary. The only cops that shoot well are gun people as well. And maybe half are gun people.
