I plan on going to this gunshow on sunday (Oak, PA)

Honestly though I've read so much shit about gunshows here that I'm kind of having second thoughts about even going. I have a feeling it's just going to make me angry seeing fudds selling Smith and Wesson M&P Shields for 600 dollars and Glock 19s for 1200 and I'll turn around and leave within 30 minutes.
On the other hand I've never been to a gun show before and the gun shops in my area suck dick in terms of selection, so it might be cool just to see some guns in person and maybe fingerfuck a few if I'm able. If I can find a Walther P99 for a not retarded price I'm walking away with it, but I doubt that will happen.
Should I even bother? Go just to go, or just say fuck it and spend the day shooting the guns I do have.

Dude, just go. They're a lot of fun if you don't plan on buying anything. Go there to see guns from some guy's personal collection. Finger fuck a couple of them. If you find a gun you really want, and it's overpriced, guess what? You can go online, and find one cheaper. You don't have to buy it there. Just enjoy yourself

Gun shows are just a flea market for /k/ related stuff. The normal rules of a flea market apply. You'll find lots of pure crap and lots of overpriced stuff, and see lots of weirdos. But if you're patient and careful, you can find some great deals.

Most shops in SEPA are garbage, the shows are better.

Damn straight they are. All i can find around here are Glawks, Glawks and more Glawks. I bought my G19 at my local range which was ironically the cheapest I've ever seen it not online (paid about 530 OTD), some of these other places sell glawks for 700 bucks.

Glocks are overpriced pretty much everywhere. Some glockfag will shitpost how they got theirs for 350 with only a little scratch and 10 mags, but I've never seen proof of any of this.

The only way you can get this is police trade ins. Right now that means settling for .40 caliber glocks only, and based on what I've seen, it's more than just a scratch on those things, they are worn as hell.
The cheapest I've seen Gen 3 G19s online is 499, which would be the exact same price as what I paid for it plus shipping, so overall I think I did alright.

If you're going to the Oaks show you are probably local to me, $530 is pretty good for the area. I got my G19 Gen4 for about $565. Some of the local prices are insane.

I went to the last gun show in Oaks and came away with a remora holster, 3 different kinds of beef jerky, a national socialist flag, a copy of Mein Kampf, a bunch of ammo, and this sweet pillow thats filled with bamboo or some shit. If you're looking for deals on guns, you won't find them there. Best you can do is head to Tanner's in Jamison. They have retardedly low prices on funs I only buy from them.
