Had the original SWR Octane 9 with SWR 3 lug adapter before Silencerco acquisition. 3 lug adapter was getting gunked up with schmutz and became difficult to compress the spring so I called Mike Pappas (then) at SilencerCo. Told him my problem, he said they've changed the 3 lug adapter design because of this. Told me to send it in with the suppressor. He had it machined to the new specification, checked concentricity with my suppressor and returned it to me in 5 days on his dime.

Silencerco has done a lot more for me besides. They rad.

No clue desu, I just checked my Colt 20 and a Hexmag and neither of them seem to have the spoon cuts my 74 mags do, so I've got no idea how the spoon attaches

If they do work with non-USGI I'd seriously recommend stocking up on clips and a couple spoons though. I've saved so much time by having clips preloaded to charge mags. And dropping ammo onto a clip is easier than loading it straight into a mag as well. Plus that nice tidiness of no loose ammo
