Those are Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFV's), not tanks.

Air mobility of troops and support vehicles remains a viable option on the modern battlefield. Strategic mobility is incredibly valuable.

I'd love to see the U.S. Army adopt the M8 or similar to give our airborne troops organic armor support.
