I have a very slight skim of fat over my belly and no fat anywhere else (can pick out each individual muscle bundle in arms/forearms/thighs/calves, big bulgy veins errywhere). It seems to not go away no matter what I do, even starvation diets. I've cut as low as 150 and all I lose is muscle.

I've run 2 full marathons though, and intend to run more. I also run shit like Tough Mudders when they're around (which is sporadic), because they're fun.

I'm 32. I've been lifting constantly since I was 14 and a freshman in high school, so 18 years. I know age is working against me at this point.

I also do a lot of (mountain) biking, because we have several state rec areas within reasonable proximity with some damn nice trails. Used to do road biking as well, but one of my regular riding partners got splattered by a semi when he was riding with someone else and that spooked me off of it.
