Plan so far is to get a parts kit for a replacement stock. Going to SBR it and use the barrel and shroud from the kit. Maybe get this one cut and threaded so I can suppress it

It's already heavy as fuck. Surprisingly not as unbalanced as you would think. My can is very light, and if I had 4-5" of barrel cut off as well as the comp removed, it would probably weigh the same

Good eye on the heart. I wanted an ak bolt shaped hole over my heart, basically, but for reasons I can't explain decided last minute to do it on the shoulder. Some chick with blue hair and a nose piercing said she loved it once so idk.

I got it on AKfiles. Wood is pretty rough.
Might try refinishing it, but I'd want it to look original.

yeah I'd have to sand it first but I'm not sure what kind of finish is on it. Looks like shellac but idk if it's clear or amber or what

Also, amber is a nice color, warm on the eyes. Personally, a dark reddish or orange hue is best for wooden gun furniture.
