is it suspicious to buy two pistols at once from the same store?

For example, go into a fun store and find a pistol you want, and say yea i want 2 of them.

Or should i get two different pistols?

Can I just say I want the other for extra parts?

No. It's not suspicious at all. Buying more than one firearm at a time is not uncommon.
>>
>>33891120

What the fuck does it matter?
>>
Who cares? Are you going to duel wield em? If the clerk asks just say that. Nobody gives a shit.
>>
do they run your name/prints through a federal database?

got some misdeamors in other states (burglary x 3, possession, assault)
>>
>>33891120
Why do you want two of the same pistol in the first place?
>>
This isn't suspicious at all in the slightest.
>get a good deal on a police trade in gun
>buy 2
>like collecting guns and find two of what you want from the same store
>buy 2
>shoot competition or dry fire heavily to the point where a gun can have a parts breakage
>buy 2

I have 2 of the same carry pistols and they're 100% identical in aftermarket parts. If one breaks on me, I can just take the other one and use that instead. One is my dedicated carry gun and the other I use to take out to the range and shoot then dryfire.

Say one is for you and one is for wife or gf. Or just not be autistic and buy two.

Yes. They use the FBIs database. Assuming no felonies you should be fine. Unless you are in Cali where a domestic also gets you barred. This is shady, OP.

You sound like a real piece of shit tbqh, if I worked in a gun store and knew you had that on your record I'd tell you to get the fuck out regardless of what the background check said.

No. I usually buy doubles of anything I get if not more. I collect shit, but also like to shoot shit. Don't wanna mar the shit I mean to collect.

Rock one, stock one.

is duel wielding a viable thing to do IRL?

there has to be a proper technique for it.
>>
>>33893372
There is. It's called "Gun-Kata".

In Gun-Kata, you have analyzed and memorized all possible tactical scenarios in a multitude of environments and know exactly where your attackers will be coming from. All you need to do is stand where they are not shooting and shoot in the places where they are, all of which you already know.

Duel wielding made sense about two times in history. Once, when flintlock pistols were a thing, it wasn't too uncommon to have a whole coat of pistols. For rapid firing, it'd make sense to hold one in each hand but fire one at a time. Many years later, Russian police were issued two semiautomatic pistols, which could be used for suppressing fire. Then the machine pistol was invented and everyone agreed that there was officially no use to dual wielding anymore.

Not since the age of black powder.
>>

The proper technique for using more than one handgun is to shoot until the first one is empty, then discard it and draw another handgun instead of reloading.
This is also an excellent technique for clearing malfunctions such as double feeds and parts breakages.

This is the worst thread I have seen on /k/ in a while. You should feel bad.
>>
>>33891120
It wasn't suspicious right up until the point you asked this question OP, then it became super fucking suspicious
>>
If they ask, just say you have a 2-gun competition coming up.
