They are probably just being realistic. Not trying to sound like an asshole but any military action they could possibly take would be considered an attack and America would likely show up to get the red chinks back in their own borders to restore peace. Despite the propaganda, they have to realize a war against the US would be very difficult for them to hold onto their air space.
