Probably runs afoul of MANY local code and zoning violations, but how is gummint going to find out and gain access. Also, if you are outside of an incorporated municipality, you only have county and state regs to answer to, and a great majority of those delegate planning responsibilities to the local level (which would be non existant in this case)
