Bought this steel cog for a dollar.
How do I fix it to a stick to make mace?
Buy some quality dowel and chamfer the edge, make a wooden wedge (can also buy steel ones from forestry equipment stores) saw just past the depth of the cog and pound the wedge while holding it (important, mustn't be in a vice. While you are holding it) once it is holding firmly cut the remaining wedge and hey presto.

Wood lathe nigga. Turn up a nice one with a swell.
Anybody you know with one? They're like dremels, there's only so much you can do with one but people who own them are desperate to use them.

You guys have some weird garage sales. If you need more mace heads, you could try the nearest pick-n-pull

little small for a mace don't you think? looks cool like some dwemer cog.
>>33862780
It's about 2 inches in diameter and feels unusually heavy. It's still kinda small for a mace,so I'll either mount it on a metal or a long wooden shaft.
