You can't just install m16 parts on an AR-15 the reciever is different, they won't work.
All you have is junk, unless you get a M16 reciever.

I have the fosscad files to 3d print a compatible lower in 24 hours if i need 2 as long as I dont print the lower tho the files arent considered intent or constructive posession (for now at least)

You definitely can't own the full auto sear. Full auto BCG is fine to own but Im not sure about the full auto trigger parts.
