Gatling guns are 100% legal. Have to be operated by a hand crank. You can ghetto the shit out of one like this, or actually machine a real one so the mags aren't whirling in front of you as you try to aim.

Also, you can get the stupid easy version for any semi auto rifle, it's a cranking trigger actuator that you clamp in like a trigger lock, turn the crank and it pulls the trigger much faster than you can by hand.
