Armor is 30-40lbs depending on size and whether you're forced to wear side plates and add-ons, ammo is anywhere between 7 and 40lbs depending on the weapon you carry, IFAK is 2lbs, all the miscellaneous bullshit you're required to have (icom+PTT+headset, spare ammo for the crewserved, cold/wet weather gear, food+water, etc) can easily be another 30lbs. And then you've got about 20lbs of rigging worn on you between the harness, chute bag, and reserve. And that's all worn, not in your ruck/assault pack.
