Hello /k/, i wanted to ask this question here, how do you stop adrenaline rushes during robbery and other situations?
Screencaps and tips appreciated

Familiarity. You don't stop it, but you can suppress it, or rather suppress the "freak out" to an extent.
You don't.

Like any drug, adrenalin also loses its potency if it is used often.
I'm not asking you to get into confrontational and possibly dangerous situations, but imagine yourself in it and get the idea of the rage and violence sweep over you, as many times as you can. So when the next time it happens, you will be prepared and remain focused on your actions instead of giving way to blind rage.
I find that focusing on a slow steady breathing pattern keeps me level headed in most situations. I haven't been in a situation involving extreme violence but at the very least I imagine it would help.

If you know ahead of time, tranquilizers work well. Anti-anxiety meds as well.

a good beat stick works wonders. especially if you make sure to strike the bastard in the temple or base of the skull. also, repeat until the threat has passed.

This. Reading and applying the mindset bushido talks about.
Once begin to look at things from the perspective of "i can handle this because i'm prepared" or "i'm fucked and this is out of my control" life gets easier
