What would they be apologizing for? There's no guarantee the Supreme Court will actually take the case instead of not acting on it like they have with plenty of previous gun related cases. Come back in a few years when the case is actually at the point where the Supreme Court might take it, otherwise you just sound like one of those fucktards who went on about how the HPA would be passed within the first month of Trump's presidency.
