Those are aluminum framed. If you look at the pin near the front of the trigger guard and the one by the latch, actually even the latch release button itself, it all looks like almost identical to charter arms which is aliminium framed. Looking at the win picture that rear sight looks fucking hideous with those squared pointy edges not being rounded off like a charter, and I have no clue what that circular part above the trigger is suppose to be below the rear cylinder gap but it looks like a rather cheap part since I can't recall ever seeing it on any other wheelgat.

I've heard online it comes in two versions: steel frame and "alloy." Manufacturer says it is steel. I don't care too much about rough edges, I can bevel and smooth that shit myself. And I think the half moon above the trigger is there to tell your fingers "hey dummy, don't impede the cylinder."

I've read everything ranging from omg this is an amazing firearm to it cracked after 20 rounds. Only way to know is to try it out, but none of the local shops have one. Maybe an anon who owns or has handled one can say.
