To answer the question no, not as such but some have taken training on their own initiative.

Trump has a CCW, in fact he has had one before becoming president. He probably carries less now that he has secret service protection which makes it redundant. PTR gave him a battle rifle which will probably see some range trips and might hang on a wall somewhere but the odds of it being used in combat are very slim.

Ronnie Regan also carried a gun and it was way more trouble than serious protection. He had several ND incidents which sent the secret servicemen scrambling, not a great ides when they're liable to go into "shoot everything" mode and plus either Ronnie himself, one of his family members, a member of US government, a foreign dignitary or even each other. After a couple scares they politely asked him to stop carrying guns around, which I'm not sure if he did or didn't. Guy had serious mental issues to boot so he really shouldn't have been handling weapons at all during or after his presidency.

Overall, it's not really a good idea for the President to be armed. Protection is best left to the professionals and his training should revolve more around moving they way they want him to move. If he goes off trying to fight a threat he puts himself into greater danger which in turn runs contrary to the objective and skills/resources of his security staff.
