I live in a minor city in flordia so I grab: Gasoline tanks( about 3-2), anything I got in my kitchen in the moment which would be canned tomatos, trailmix, beef jerky, corndogs, coca-cola box, and some meat. Than I'll grab my family and my boat and head back to Cuba( Ironic cause I'm moving back to Cuba where I came from) The fallout would probably reach Cuba, so I'd pack gasmasks or atleast start making gasmasks from bottles with a filter system. I'd leave my guns because Cuba is gunfree :( .

A basic survival gear is essential but I will make sure to carry my dog as we take our retreat. Following refugees would give me some chances of getting necessary food supplies but is also a major spot for diseases and crime. I'm taking my chances and try survive in the woods.

In the woods, there is a chance of getting in contact with scouting soldiers or fellow survivalist refugees. Both of which have better gear and experience than the common soft-handed city folks. I'll try to offer them my supplies in exchange for information.
