There are two simple fixes. First, take a pair of vise grips and simply clamp down on the side of the screwhead. It has to be hard enough that the teeth deform the steel. Other way is to take a dremel tool, use one of the gray abrasive discs to cut a nice slot for a flathead screwdriver.

4.)drill the fucker out with a drill press and use a Tap to make new threads for a slightly bigger bolt.

If its just a stripped Allan screw, you may not even need steps 2 and 3.

Once you get it out, I'd recommend ordering a custom replacement with a torx head on it.

Get a hacksaw and saw behind the head of the screw, then pry the small block side of the mount off. You've damaged the screw head too much to bother with it now. Here's a picture of what I mean so you don't fuck it
