This is probably one of the most importants. Also, if you are a officer, whenever a soldier commit a disciplinary breach, like looting or raping, punish him accordingly. Don't turn a blind eye just because he is one of your guys or because he previously shed his blood in battle and now you think he deserves to do what he done. If you start making exceptions then those acts will start to spread like the plague and shit will eventually hit the fan.

And there are cell phones with camera even in huts so primitive that the door is a piece of hide. And the actual enemy has scopes on theirs, and drone wings at times. You literally can't pull down your zipper outside the walls of your fortress without being a marketing asset for the enemy.
