Sounds like it is a fruit knife, it explains the extra thin blade. The 925 implies it is silver plated but not solid silver since it has no hallmark.

Why yes, that looks like a fleshcarver 9000! Unfortunately you missed out on the 9001 model, but the 9000 is almost as good. Many noteworthy serial killers have flayed their victims alive with that knife! You should consider yourself grateful; they're very sharp, albeit not overly durable if you're trying to get through bone.
