So I added an ammo pouch on the stock, a scope for that extra accuracy because muskets are innacurate you know.

A grip for extra stability and a drum magazine for that extra ammo capacity

Can it work?!

Immediately after firing high-pressure gas enters piston chamber below barrel and acts upon the forward wall, retarding the rearward travel of the bolt. After sufficient time has passed the bolt has traveled far enough back that a port opens in the piston chamber and releases the trapped gasses, allowing the bolt to continue its travel unimpeded. The bolt is never locked.
